The Story About Spring

When taking this photograph I was drawn to the bold interplay of lines, shapes and the building's colour palette. I took the time to find the exact point of view where the different elements seemed to all fall into place and create visual balance. 

What emerges is an abstract architectural portrait where geometric forms in repetition create a dynamic modern aesthetic and visual rhythm. The colour palette also plays an important part in that the soft grey's, crisp whites and vibrant yellow, together convey both energy and balance. 

This artwork is part of a limited edition of twenty and is giclée printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper, using archival pigment inks. Every print is carefully inspected, hand-signed, numbered, and dated, before being prepared for shipping.
