How much does delivery cost?
Standard registered shipping is free.
For express registered shipping there are supplements which are applicable for Spain, the Eurozone, United Kingdom and all other parts of the world.
Where do you ship?
We ship (nearly) anywhere in the world. Once you reach checkout you'll be able to see if we ship to your country, or feel free to email us on contact@mariotarantino.com and we'll let you know.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
Who will deliver my parcel?
All orders are shipped registered with a tracking number and are delivered to the specified address. Once delivered the postal services will ask you to confirm receipt of the parcel. Should you not be present to receive your parcel the postal services will come around a second time, they will not leave the parcel unattended.
How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 7-15 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. If you're wondering about the status of your order, you can always track its progress by clicking on this link correos.es
What if my print is damaged in transit?
Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at contact@mariotarantino.com
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
