Return Policy
Even though we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes accidents happen. We try to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
Please note: as our prints are produced to order as limited edition works, each piece is made specifically in response to your purchase. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to a customer's specifications. We will confirm this on a case-by-case basis at the time of your enquiry.
How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@mariotarantino.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We are unable to substitute a cash refund with store credit or a voucher unless you prefer this option. All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We take great pride in the quality of our fine art photo prints and each one is inspected ensuring the highest quality standards. In the case should you receive a print which is faulty or damaged please send an email along with photos to contact@mariotarantino.com
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly & significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact me immediately.
If you notice that your purchase is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print on contact@mariotarantino.com & we will be happy to be of assistance.
All prints should exactly match the image portrayed on the website. However the colour of your print may differ from the colour reproduction of any given computer screen as all computer screens are calibrated differently. Computers are also lit from behind, which can affect the level of brightness of an image. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at contact@mariotarantino.com so we can investigate further.
Cancellations and Changes
We manufacture to order, unfortunately we are not able to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once you have placed your order. Up and until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email & shipping address if required. We endeavour to send out orders as quickly as possible so should an address change request be made it needs to be done within 3 days of order confirmation.
