The Story About Interruption 1

In creating this photo my intention was to illustrate how permanence can suddenly be disrupted by the fleeting, and how architectural photography can merge with elements of the surreal. 

Camera readied I waited, till the moment revealed itself - the appearance of a solitary silhouette. In that instant, the hypnotic interplay of light, shadow, and geometry was broken. What had been uniform and rhythmic was interrupted, replaced by a temporary presence that changed the entire composition. That disruption transformed the image from pure abstraction into a narrative charged with intrigue.

From a limited edition of 20, this artwork is printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Photo Rag paper, which sets the standard for image definition and pictorial depth.
